Noodling with the Texas Wends

Writer's picture: Becky WeiseBecky Weise

I am so honored to be featured in a Podcast that was just released on February 15 and I wanted to share it with you!

It's all about Noodles! But not just any noodles. It's about Wendish Noodles!

I hope you enjoy it. Please share it so more people can listen to it. Thank you so much!

With egg production in full swing, Weise Farms noodles will be back in stock very soon. But here is a link to the real deal - Wendish Noodles, which can be purchased anytime. Wendish noodles are a staple for the Texas Wends. They are made in-house at the museum by our beloved “noodle ladies” and sold in local stores & restaurants and at the Texas Wendish Heritage Museum.

OMG! That filet was amazing. Coarse salt and pepper crusted, wrapped in bacon, seared in a smoking hot cast iron skillet, flipped and  finished in a 500 degree oven. Killer!

We had a couple of friends over Saturday and I served them Weise Farms wagyu smoked beef ribs. They melted in your mouth!! The flavor was rich and creamy.
