Real Texas Wagyu Beef

Our bull is 100% black wagyu, so all of our calves are 50% wagyu or more.
Our beef is born and raised right here on the Texas pastures of Weise Farms. They never leave our care.
We do not use hormones, antibiotics or steroids in any of our beef, and they live a very happy, stress free life.
Bulk beef is sold by hanging weight with sides generally weighing between 400-500 lbs at $7.50/lb. The cost of standard processing is included.
Once the hanging weight is determined we will call you with a total and subtract your deposit from that amount. The balance is due at that time. The cost of standard processing is included.
Your beef will be available for pickup directly from the processor in 14-21 days after harvest.
