Your deposit reserves your beef and books your harvest date. Once your animal is processed, you'll receive an invoice for the remaining balance based on actual hanging weight.

Once processed, you'll receive an invoice for the remaining balance based on actual hanging weight. Hanging weight × per-pound rate − deposit = balance due.
3. Pay your balance & choose your cuts
Payment is due upon receipt. Once paid, we submit your custom cut sheet so your beef is cut exactly the way you want it.
Pureblood & 50% Wagyu — half-calf
Typical hanging weight: 400–450 lbs per half.
Grassfed Wagyu — whole animal
Butchered at 18 months. Typical hanging weight: 300–400 lbs for the whole animal. Why do we do it this way?
Processing included — No surprise bills from the processor. We handle it.
